BILLBAY PEPPOL ADAPTOR

Billbay Peppol Adaptor (BBPA) is the fastest way to achieve OUTBOUND connectivity to Peppol (InvoiceNow) / IRAS (C5) with an estimated implementation timeline of 1-2 weeks.

BBPA is always up to date with the latest Peppol e-Doc specifications. This means you no longer need to continually program and re-program your outbound interfaces to comply with latest Peppol Specifications.

BBPA can also easily switch between various e-doc specs on demand (e.g. SG BIS 3.0 v. PINT). BBPA will also support C5 specifications and can be configured for both Peppol E-Delivery as well as IRAS GST Reporting.

BBPA is a Near-Real-Time Middleware solution that supports:

• Sending Customer (AR) Invoices to Peppol / InvoiceNow
• Sending Customer (AR) Invoices to C5 / IRAS
• Sending Supplier (AP) Invoices to C5 / IRAS

BBPA accepts the following inputs:

• PUSH: Send batch files (formatted as .csv .psv .tsv .xls .dat etc.) to BB Secure FTP Server
• PULL: Open Read-Only Access (via API / ODBC / JDBC) to relevant system tables so our Billbay extractor scripts can extract the relevant data. Data is typically extracted once a day.

BBPA convert these into a valid Peppol XML document complete with mapping and business rules.

BBPA will always be up to date with the latest Peppol XML specifications, even when they change so you can keep your development activity to connect to InvoiceNow (Peppol) or IRAS (C5) to a minimum.
