Special Fields for E-Invoicing Government Agencies (AGD) in Singapore

When submitting electronic invoices (e-invoices) to government agencies in Singapore via the Peppol network, businesses must include additional information beyond the basic Peppol fields.

These extra fields are required to ensure that invoices are processed correctly by government entities, such as the Accountant-General’s Department (AGD).While the standard Peppol XML format covers most invoicing details, invoices to government agencies (AGD) must include certain special fields that are specific to the needs of the Singaporean government. These fields provide critical data for processing and auditing purposes.
